These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and pk75. Please read them carefully before using any part of the pk75 platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

Use of the pk75 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the platform:
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register for a pk75 account or engage with any gaming product on the platform. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. pk75 reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any stage and to immediately suspend any account where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the pk75 platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pk75 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. pk75 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in every jurisdiction.
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction. You must not be under any legal disability, court order, or other restriction that prohibits or limits your ability to enter into agreements or engage in gambling activities.
You confirm that you are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by pk75 or any other gaming operator — that prohibits you from accessing gambling services. Circumventing a self-exclusion order constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
Age Verification: pk75 is legally obligated to prevent minors from accessing gambling services. All new accounts are subject to age verification. Accounts where age cannot be confirmed will be suspended and any deposits held pending verification. Underage gambling is a serious offence and will be reported to relevant authorities.
To access pk75's gaming products and financial services, you must register for an account. The following rules govern pk75 account registration and maintenance:
Each individual person may maintain only one active account on the pk75 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pk75 reserves the right to suspend all related accounts, void any associated bets, and forfeit any balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of account registration and to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Any material change to your personal details — including name, address, contact number, or payment method — must be updated in your account settings or reported to pk75 support promptly.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk75 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. pk75 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify pk75 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You may request the closure of your pk75 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your PKR Wallet will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.
pk75 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. KYC procedures may be initiated at registration, prior to the processing of any withdrawal, or at any time at pk75's sole discretion.
KYC verification typically requires the submission of the following documents, which must be valid, legible, and unaltered:
pk75 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending successful completion of KYC. pk75 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The availability of specific payment methods may be subject to change and certain methods may carry processing timeframes as indicated in the pk75 payments information section.
All funds deposited to your pk75 account must originate from a payment method registered solely in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds originate from a payment account registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds. pk75 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within your pk75 account dashboard and may be subject to change. Daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits may be applied to accounts pending or during KYC review, or at pk75's discretion for regulatory compliance purposes.
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe applicable to the selected payment method as displayed in your pk75 account. pk75 does not accept liability for delays caused by payment provider processing times, network conditions, or circumstances outside pk75's direct control. All withdrawals are subject to the applicable KYC requirements being fulfilled. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements.
Note on Currency: pk75 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your PKR Wallet, minus any fees charged by your payment provider (which are outside pk75's control).
The following rules apply to all bets placed on the pk75 sports betting platform. Additional game-specific rules are published within the relevant gaming sections of the pk75 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.
All bets are subject to acceptance by pk75. pk75 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where the bet exceeds applicable limits, where the relevant market is suspended, or where the bet is placed using Bonus Funds in breach of promotional terms. A bet is accepted when pk75 displays a confirmed bet reference number.
Once confirmed by pk75, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user, except where explicitly permitted by a "Cash Out" feature on specific markets. pk75 reserves the right to void bets where the outcome has been determined by corrupt or fraudulent activity, where a material error in odds occurred, or where the event did not proceed as scheduled in a manner that renders the original market terms inapplicable.
Live betting markets are offered on selected events including PSL matches and other major cricket fixtures. Live odds are subject to rapid change reflecting real-time event developments. bets placed on live markets are accepted at the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation. Slight latency between your screen and the pk75 server may result in bets being placed at different odds to those displayed. pk75 will honour confirmed bets at the accepted odds regardless of subsequent market movements.
Where pk75 publishes odds or game parameters that are clearly erroneous — due to human error, technical fault, or data provider error — pk75 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. pk75 will use reasonable endeavours to identify and correct such errors promptly. The accumulation of winnings from clearly erroneous odds constitutes a prohibited activity under these Terms.
pk75 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, deposit match offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all pk75 promotions. Specific bonuses may carry additional terms published at the point of offer.
Bonus Misuse: pk75 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect promotional abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets that cover multiple outcomes to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, using betting patterns designed to eliminate risk during bonus wagering, and exploiting multi-account arrangements. Detection of such conduct will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and account termination.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk75 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:
All content on the pk75 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, game code, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the property of pk75 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk75 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; create derivative works based on platform content; use pk75 branding or trade marks in any context without prior written consent; or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.
Any unauthorised use of pk75 intellectual property will constitute an infringement and pk75 reserves all rights to pursue legal remedies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk75's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — regardless of the legal theory (including contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pk75 during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pk75 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment. This limitation applies regardless of whether pk75 was advised of the possibility of such losses.
pk75 does not guarantee that the platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service interruptions may affect platform availability. pk75 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and will not be liable for losses arising from periods of unavailability.
Gaming Losses: pk75 does not accept liability for financial losses incurred through normal use of the platform's gaming products. All gambling involves risk. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose and should make use of pk75's responsible gaming tools to manage your gaming activity.
pk75 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe, controlled environment for all players. The following responsible gaming obligations form part of these Terms:
You agree to use the pk75 platform responsibly and to be aware of and make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you. You confirm that you are not engaging with the platform under compulsion, addiction, or financial duress, and that all funds used for gaming represent discretionary expenditure.
pk75 provides all registered users with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from the account settings dashboard: session time reminders and automatic session limits; daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; loss limits per session and per period; self-exclusion for periods of one month, six months, one year, or permanent exclusion.
Where you have requested self-exclusion, pk75 will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access to your account during the exclusion period. You must not attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating a new account. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion constitute a material breach of these Terms. Permanent self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed.

Your continued use of the pk75 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk75's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pk75 platform shall first be referred to pk75's internal dispute resolution process.
To initiate a dispute, you must submit a written complaint to pk75 support clearly describing the nature of the dispute, the relevant transaction references, and the resolution you are seeking. pk75 will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and will endeavour to resolve the matter within 28 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory body associated with pk75's gaming licence for independent adjudication. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions shall prevail in any dispute where translation differences are alleged.
